By accessing and using the Summer Course PBL website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Upon enrollment in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not give you any ownership rights to the content.
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, images, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Summer Course PBL or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent.
When advertised, lifetime access means access for as long as the course is maintained on our platform. We reserve the right to discontinue any course at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance.
Course fees are clearly displayed on the course pages. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before accessing course materials.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Your payment information is transmitted securely and we do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to modify course prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.
You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use our services:
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Summer Course PBL and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Summer Course PBL.
Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the service.
By posting content on our service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service.
Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Summer Course PBL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service, its servers, or email sent from Summer Course PBL are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Summer Course PBL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Summer Course PBL and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
