We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund within the 30-day period, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Have accessed less than 30% of the course content
  • Contact us via email with your request

3. After 30 Days

After the 30-day period has elapsed, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a compelling reason for a refund after 30 days, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case on an individual basis.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review your request within 2 business days
  • Send you a confirmation email
  • Process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
  • Certificates of completion once issued
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
  • Services or consultations already delivered
  • Group or corporate enrollment packages (unless negotiated separately)

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues and will work with you to ensure you can access your course materials. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds if they can be resolved.

7. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any issues with your purchase rather than initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may impact your ability to purchase from us in the future. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns.

9. Course Updates and Changes

We occasionally update course content to ensure it remains current and relevant. These updates do not constitute grounds for a refund. If substantial changes are made that fundamentally alter a course, we will notify enrolled students and discuss available options.

10. Force Majeure

Summer Course PBL shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature, war, civil unrest, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
